and although i was all smiley on thursday things ain't so great now
and i'm seriously considering running away

Well rule out Japan if you want cheap, it's a tad bit pricey over there but well worth every penny.
I guess it's sort of hard to give advice when we don't really know why you want to run away....perhaps you just want us to listen then :)

Hmmm we can go to Argentina... I have family...and places to stay...it is mega cheap, especially compared to the sterling pound :)
